What's driving them away?
This local school has seen a significant drop in an upper class enrollment due to a teacher who takes the idea of hands on learning a little too literally. Not only are students leaving over the lack of disciplinary action, but it's got some employees ready to hit the road, too.

Hands on learning? Is that what they call dirty old men nowadays? Where is this? Anybody know?
I can't imagine any school getting away with this these days...a private school maybe?
